Tangier to Marrakech is a major north-to-south motorcycle journey. Depending on the chosen roads, allow approximately 580 to 850 km and two to four riding days rather than treating it as one transfer.
Three route styles
Fast: about 580 km over two road-focused days through the Atlantic corridor. Scenic: three days including Chefchaouen and the Rif. Adventure: three to four days via Fes and mountain roads, with distances adapted to weather and rider experience.
Recommended motorcycles
Tenere 700, V-Strom 800DE, BMW GS, Himalayan 450 and CFMOTO 450MT can suit different rider profiles and luggage needs.
One-way return in Marrakech
