Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) - Motorcycle Rental in Morocco

Welcome to our motorcycle rental website in Morocco. Before using our services, please carefully read the terms and conditions of use (T&C) below. By using our site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Use of Motorcycles:

Drivers must hold a valid motorcycle driver's license (category A for the Eurozone) without restriction from their country of residence.

The driver assumes full responsibility for compliance with the regulations in force in Morocco.

The customer will be held responsible for any damage caused by their negligence when using the motorcycle.

Rental Agreement:

Each customer must read and sign a rental agreement before the start of the tour.

The contract specifies the details of the motorcycle tour, overnight stays with half board, days of motorcycle riding with lunch, as well as the total price.

A security deposit by Visa or Mastercard credit card (not cashed) of 2000 Euros is required before departure. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract after inspection of the motorcycle for damage.

Participants are aware of the inherent risks of motorcycle rides and accept full responsibility.

Atlas & Desert Enduro, its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates are released from any claims, debts, lawsuits, and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participation in tours and rentals.

A travel insurance with medical evacuation is required to cover losses, damages, injuries, and repatriation.

Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by their negligence when using the motorcycle.

Changes to the T&C:

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Please check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
